There are presences that are confirmed with the arrival of night: the stars in the sky, the fireflies in the countryside or the embers of the hearth appear

when the sun sets. Thus this lamp is designed as a companion light, suitable for music, conversation or love.

Wherever night falls, La Colilla fits in.

It is made up of a two-meter translucent tube, softly tinted, which shields a series of neon bulbs inside. It has an insignificant total consumption (less than 1 watt) and a very long useful life, to the point that it is delivered without a switch so that it is

always left on. Suspended by a thin and resistant thread, it gives the illusion of floating in space. And its uses are many

in bedrooms or living rooms, as a permanent pilot light in hallways, stairs or porches, and even as a kind guardian of

children's dreams. Designed by Carles Riart in 1976, and haphazardly produced and distributed by Gabriel Ordeig Cole from Comercial Estelar, his

original company, La Colilla was the first product published by Santa & Cole in 1985.
